Barbeque Factory offers an experience in fine dining and gourmet cuisine like none other in the city. Our clients are pampered with the best hospitality and the finest kababs on offer in the city. When you enter the restaurants, the meal begins with a hand-wash at the table in Royal fashion using traditional copper ware. After the customary hand wash to clean the hands, salads and soup are served first as starters. The soup is meant to get the appetite started up for the sumptuous fare to follow. Following the soup, a glass of fresh Buttermilk or Chaas as it is traditionally known is served. The Buttermilk helps clear the taste palate and refresh them for the assault of flavours which is about to be unleashed.
Next comes the centre-piece of the meal, the succulent kababs prepared by Chef Shaji himself; using fresh produce hand-picked every morning to deliver the most delicious and savory kababs in town. All the meat served at the restaurant is 'Halaal' or 'Free Range'. The kababs are served in the form of various 'tasting', which contain pre-set portions of various kababs. The guest can order as many tastings as they wish to have.
For main-course, the restaurant serves Biriyani prepared with the most exotic spices and cooked in earthen pots to bring out the fresh, earthly and original taste of the dish. Guests can enjoy the Biriyani along with the delightful kababs.
To finish the meal, an assortment of desserts is offered at the restaurant to cater to all kinds of taste palates. Further, a glass of Badam Milk is served to help digestion. Finally, one Maghai (Meetha) Paan is served, the sweet and tangy taste of the paan helps finish the meal with no further craving for more less «
Waste of Money and Time
I am really really disappointed with this horrible restaurant. Nothing is good about this place. Neither food nor ambiance. Forget the staff, they are hopeless and useless buoy enter the restaurant and no one will ask you if you have a table reserved or not. Such worst service. Totally disappointed.
Worst restaurant ever visited
Worst experience ever. Will never suggest to anyone. There are hundreds of other restaurants which can serve us far better than this worst restaurant for the same price. Food was bad and everything was empty by 2.15 pm. Ambience was worst. Not to say about the hand-wash, it sucks and the restaurant people doesn't know the meaning of cleanliness. Very bad experience. Total disappointment and utter waste of money ... more »
