Job Description:
Gathering market and customer information.
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Analyzing information collected, uploading the content or forwarding the content to counterparts in Bangalore/Mumbai.
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
Writing, editing and proof reading copy for client projects based on the material supplied by them.

Job Description:
Quickly and accurately performing multi-tasks like documenting information, seeking information, problem solving and updating by researching on data.
Demonstrate strong work ethics by maintaining confidentiality of information.
Answer client calls and assist customers with immediate response support needs, handle/route accordingly delivering support for all customers.
Log customer calls.
First level support on dining and partying related queries using documented procedures.
