The most authentic cuisine of India is its street food. When we think about pani-poori or chat, which is most popular Indian dishes, we can't stop our taste buds to salivate. Jain community is a vegetarian community with a very unique food habbits. There are several "don'ts" prescribed regarding food for Jain religion.
