Cinnamon is a very common spice used for cooking in many countries like ours, India. Cinnamon trees are mainly available in India, Indonesia, Brazil, Vietnam and Egypt. But still true cinnamon which is otherwise called as Ceylon cinnamon is native to Sri Lanka which is formerly known as Ceylon. Cassia is a related spice. It is not the true cinnamon which is otherwise called as "Indonesian Cinnamon" or "Chinese Cinnamon". It is harder to find true cinnamon. .......
