Palm Wine is also known as Palm Toddy or simply Toddy is an alcoholic beverage created from the sap of various species of palm trees like Coconut-palm and Palmyra. This drink is common in various parts of Asia and Africa but named differently. The sap is extracted and collected by a tapper. Typically the sap is collected from the cut flower of the palm tree. A container is fastened to the flower stump to collect the sap. The white liquid that initially collects tends to be very sweet and non-alcoholic before it is fermented. HURRICANE

The hurricane is an extremely sweet alcoholic drink made from lime juice, passion fruit syrup and rum. Hurricane was invented during the World War II at Pat O'Brien's bar in New Orleans. In the 1940s, due to the difficulties in importing Scotch during World War II, liquor salesmen forced bar owners to buy up to 50cases of their much more abundant rum in order to secure a single case of good Whiskey or Scotch. The barmen at Pat O'Brien's soon came up with an alluring recipe to clear their excess surplus of rum. When they decided to serve it in a tall, jaunty glass shaped like a hurricane lamp, the cocktail came into existence with the name Hurricane. The drink is a mixture of sweet juices and rum.

Jack Rose is a name of a classic cocktail which is popular in 1920s and 1930s.Its name is derived from jack of the applejack and the light rose coloring from the grenadine. It is notably appeared in a scene in Ernest Hemingway's 1926 classic, The Sun Also Rises, in which Jake Barnes, the narrator, drinks a Jack Rose in a Paris hotel bar while awaiting the arrival of Lady Brett Ashley. Pink Lady is a gin-based classic cocktail with a long history. The mixture of egg white and cream creates floating foam at the top giving the drink a sweet texture. The egg-white also gives a great foamy top to the pink liquid, creating an intimate looking finished cocktail.
