Belgian Chocolates |
History
says
that
chocolates
are
considered
as
a
perfect
gift
in
Belgium
since
long
back.
Even
though
Belgian
chocolates
were
popular
since
18th
century,
its
popularity
increased
several
fold
in
the
20th
century.
In
the
early
decades
of
20th
century,
a
Belgian
confectionary
invented
a
soft
chocolate
called
Praline
and
to
protect
the
delicate
nature
of
Praline,
they
prepared
an
outer
packaging
called
Ballotin.
From
that
time
onwards
'Ballotin
de
Pralines'
became
the
most
perfect
gift
in
all
occasions.
Praline
is
a
combination
of
nut
kernels
especially
almonds,
pecans
or
hazelnuts,
and
sugar
syrup.
The
most
important
thing
that
makes
Belgian
chocolates
extremely
awesome
than
its
counterparts
is
the
quality
of
the
ingredients
itself.
Also
they
still
stick
on
to
old
methods
